As an almost 30 year veteran of the cabinet industry, John has been in leadership roles throughout his career. John started Manufacturers Rep Group, Inc. in 2008, which was a challenging time in our industry. Even with the dire economic times, John's experience fostered rapid growth that has positioned Manufacturers Rep Group, Inc. as a multi-million dollar top line sales producer. John has also held positions with national sales responsibility as Vice President of Sales for two, industry-leading cabinet manufacturers, as well as Vice President of Operations for a large Michigan-based cabinet distributor. John holds various territory sales awards, is a featured speaker, possesses an MBA in international business and is a published author in Kitchen and Bath Design News and Kitchen and Bath Business. John was also honored as one of 2018's industry innovators by Kitchen and Bath Design News' April edition. 

Joseph comes from a retail sales background. In his tenure at Manufacturers Rep Group, Inc. Joe has increased top line performance throughout his territory, fostered new account growth, as well as helped automate both his travels and his customers’ day to day operations.  Joe’s personality and in-depth knowledge of what the customer needs, has positioned him as one of the future leaders in our industry. His past experiences include top sales associate honors with a major appliance retailer and achieving regional sales associate honors for a fortune 500 cell phone company. In addition, Joe also is the current Vice President of Education for West Michigan’s NKBA chapter and was recently awarded as one of NKBA's 30 under 30 recipients that recognize up and coming leaders in our industry. 

​Eric began his career in the Kitchen and Bath industry with his family business, Builder Supply Source. There, he progressed through sales and design and eventually settled into a Sales Manager role and Head of Product Development. During his tenure, Eric has mastered the art of efficient and aesthetic kitchen design while maximizing sales in the retail and multi-family markets. With 12 years of experience, Eric joined Manufacturers Rep Group in 2025 and is excited to expand his career within the Kitchen and Bath Industry on a regional and national level. 

Lauren is the newest member of the MRG team and has been in the Kitchen and Bath Industry for several years. Lauren has experience in administration, management, and design. She brings valuable work experience to the team and has transitioned quickly and effectively into the role of rep. We are happy to have her on board!
